Return Refund & Exchange policy

Returns are free within Europe, but just contact us to verify if you're eligible for a free international return.

We practice returns and exchanges worldwide within 14 days from the day you receive your parcels, free of charge within Europe. In the rest of the world, return and exchange will be subject to the payment of a minimum shipping cost depending on location. Local tax and customs duty are not refundable.

Important: you have to contact us via the form below, because you are eligible for a free return shipment, in some cases if you are living outside Europe too, we're friends you can talk to, and we'd love to hear from you.

Includes: Spain, Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Luxemburg, Holland, Monaco, Croatia, Denmark, Ireland, Greece, Finland, Portugal, Sweden, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Latvia, Estonia, Lithuania, Malta, Czech Republic, Poland, Hungry, Slovenia, Slovakia, Romania.

Includes: Norway, Switzerland, UK. 


Includes all countries that are not included in Zone A and Zone B

Please fill in the form at the bottom of this page to start the process of returning or exchanging an item. We always try to make the return/exchange comfortable for you by choosing door pick up: you just have to print a shipment label sent to you to be stuck onto the returning box.

Things to take care of when you return or exchange an item

All garments we receive in return or exchange must be undamaged, unwashed, unused, and unworn with all tags and hygienic protections still intact.


Once we receive the goods at our warehouse, we we'll send you an email confirmation as soon as we have processed the refund or the exchange. It will take approximately 7 working days for the refund money to be credited to your bank account or credit card.
