What is the composition of my swimwear?
We produce apparel containing Recycled Elastane, Polyamide, Polyester, and Nylon

How can I best care for my apparel?
Swimwear is severely under pressure when in contact with water, salt, sun sunscreens, and chlorine, and Matiola Felisati swimwear apparel, are made of the best high-quality Italian fabrics so we want to maintain as long as possible all these beautiful luxury fabric features, so to extend the maximum durability we recommend hand washing with a mild fabric soap every each use in cold water.
Kindly squeeze the apparel rolled in towels just to eliminate water excess and dry it down the shades.
Moreover, be careful of rough surfaces, hang them dry, don't dry clean or iron them, and wash them just after use.
Due to possibly many details on our swimwear, again we recommend washing the bikini by hand.

In short please note that:
• using a washing machine definitely without a laundry bag can damage the bikini
• do not use chlorine bleach
• do not iron
• do not tumble dry
• do not dry clean
• if possible, dry in the shade as the sun can bleach strong colors

What if an item I want is sold out?
If you want a sold-out item, just add your email in the relative waitlist box in the product page: select the size you want and fill it with
your email.
As soon as the items selected become available we get back to you.

How can I cancel my order?
If you want to cancel an order please contact our customer care team on and
we try to stop your parcel before leaving our warehouse.

After you place an order we'll process it in about 1 to 3 business days.
Orders placed between Monday to Thursday will be processed in 2 business day
Orders placed on Friday will be processed the following Monday or not over Tuesday.

Do I need to sign to get my parcel delivered?
All International packages must be signed upon delivery, we do not ship to PO Boxes.

What if I receive a faulty or wrong order?
In the case you received a wrong or faulty item please email us as soon as possible at, with your name, order number, and a brief explanation of the issue or via a return/exchange form.
You can send as well pictures to document any damage via email.
This way we'll be able to understand and resolve the issue immediately.

What if I don’t receive my order?
When you make an order we will send a tracking number for the parcel we've shipped.
You can enter this tracking number on our page “Follow Your Orders” to be aware of where exactly your parcel is.
In the case of inability to deliver the parcel a delivery note is sent to you.
If it's not the case, your custom may be delayed.
Do not hesitate to contact us at if you have any requests for information about your shipment.

What is your returns policy?
Returns are free within Europe, but just contact us to verify if you're eligible to a free international return.

Should you wish to return and refund items, we have a 14-day free return policy from the day you receive your parcels.
All garments must be undamaged, unwashed, unused, and unworn with all tags and hygienic protections still intact.
You just need to send an email to specify the reason for the return/refund request and which items and sizes to or fill out the form on the return/exchange page and in 24 hours we will reply with all the instructions.
Always keep proof of shipping when you returned items yourself because we're not liable for any items that have not been delivered to us, a better way is to fill out the form and we will send a pick-up at your door: you just have to print a shipment label sent to you to be stuck onto the returning box.

Will my postage be refunded If I want to return an item, my shipping cost will be refunded?
We do not refund shipping or custom duty costs, unless we say otherwise, anyway, important, contact us to find solutions.

How long does it take to have my money credited to my bank account or credit card?
Since we receive the goods at our warehouse, we'll send you an email confirmation as soon as we have processed the
refund, it will take approximately 7 working days for the refund money to be credited to your bank account or credit card.

Sales items can be returned?
We are sorry, but all purchases on sale cannot be returned and refunded because they are final sales.
